Digital RTL Design Manager – Semiconductors – Berkshire – Hybrid
An exciting Semiconductor scale-up seeks a highly experienced Digital Design Manager with extensive RTL coding experience gained within the semiconductor industry.
The successful Digital RTL Design Manager will manage a diverse multi-site team, working closely with analogue, physical design and verification teams, ensuring delivery of high quality designs, being the voice of the digital design team.

Requirements include:
- Good Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics related discipline.
- 10+ years Digital ASIC Design experience within the Semiconductor industry.
- Strong RTL coding experience (SystemVerilog ideally).
- Advanced knowledge of high-speed and low-power design techniques.
- A good understanding of digital circuits in deep-submicron CMOS technologies.
- Experience of leading a technical team across different geographical sites beneficial.
